HR Project Analyst, Baylor Scott & White Health

During my time at UTD in the BS in Human Resource Management program I made great connections and was provided with relevant information that helped me to accelerate faster in my career. My professors all were knowledgeable in current HR trends, such as an increase in analytics, being more strategic to gain a seat at the table, SHRM certification prep courses, and more. In addition, the UTD HRM program was well connected with large corporations, and oftentimes brought in reputable HR professionals to share their experiences with the class. I will forever be thankful for the qualitative skills that helped me to land three internships prior to graduating and receiving three offers before I even walked across the stage to earn my degree. Thank you, Professor Weekley, for the continuous professional advice and guidance.
