I am an international student. What opportunities are available for me?

While there may be internship opportunities for international students, there are fewer opportunities than for domestic students. In addition, there are fewer opportunities for visa sponsorship into full-time jobs for international students. We have seen sponsorship occur more frequently in the following situations:
  • The student is pursuing an analytics track.
  • The student is pursuing the Healthcare Informatics Track and earned an undergraduate degree in engineering or the sciences.
  • In both cases, a high degree of written and oral proficiency is required, and usually, the student’s TOEFL score needs to be above 95. Healthcare Leadership and Management is about writing and speaking with proficiency.
